The JORGEOCULISTA.PT website reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free from typographical errors, and whenever this occurs, we will correct it as soon as possible. If the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer will be informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Despite our efforts, some products, within the 10,000 items in our catalogue, may be priced incorrectly, which is why we check prices whenever we process orders. If the price of the product is lower, we will refund the difference, if the price is higher, we will inform you by email and await the Customer's decision to accept or cancel the order.

SHIPPING
We ship your order to any country in the world using DPD, CTT and DHL EXPRESS.
Shipping costs to Portugal for orders above €100 are free. Orders under €100 have two shipping options:
- 24-hour shipping with return label: €5.5
- shipping within 3 business days: €4

Shipments to Spain are made through CTT in 2 working days and cost €5.
Shipments to countries outside the European Union via CTT have a fixed cost of €20.
All expenses relating to customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Express Shipping to countries within the European Union:
- DHL Express has a fixed cost of €30.
- CTT costs €20.
Orders are shipped as soon as stock is confirmed.
Delivery time varies depending on the country of destination. Only after checking the items is it possible to know whether or not the order can be fulfilled.
Normally, the order is prepared within 24 to 48 business hours.
However, our supply capacity is limited to the availability and quality of existing stock.
In case of stock outages, we will place the order directly with our supplier in Italy. Therefore, the customer will be informed of the consequent implications regarding the delivery time.
You will be able to follow the entire process from shipping to receiving your order so that nothing goes wrong during delivery.
In the event of a product breakage, JORGEOCULISTA.PT does not guarantee that its replacement will not imply an update in price, so we only process the order after confirmation with the customer.
